From first call to weekly rhythm in five phases.
A fixed sequence, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.
Week 1–2 · Audit
Findings before fees
A fixed-price audit maps structure, tracking, budgets, and waste. You keep the findings document either way.
Week 3 · Strategy
Agreed in writing
Budget allocation, campaign architecture, targets, and the retainer — signed before management starts.
Week 4–5 · Build
Clean construction
Campaigns rebuilt, tracking verified end to end, launch checklist completed with you.
Ongoing · Optimize & report
Weekly rhythm
Testing cadence plus a five-minute brief every week and A private client dashboard shows spend and ROAS between briefs.
How account access works
When management starts, you connect your Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts through each platform's own authorization screen, choosing exactly which accounts to share — Google requests its standard advertising scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) and Microsoft requests https://ads.microsoft.com/msads.manage. We never see your passwords. You can narrow or revoke access at any time, in your own account settings or by telling us. Material changes to budgets or structure go out with your approval, and full data handling is in the Privacy Policy.
